What happened in your clinical area this week? Amazing stories can be told from your everyday journeys!
Why are these stories important? We will use these as our evidence in our Magnet books to support why University Health System should be recognized as a magnet hospital. We want to portray every part of our organization as “magnetically great!”
Some of you have expressed a difficulty in getting started! The paper is blank and I don’t know where to start or I’m not sure if this is what I should be writing.
To help everyone become a scribe for their area, we have developed a form to “coach” anyone who has a story to tell.
Download the Magnet Story Form here, and you can get started with your very own story to tell. For those of you who have trouble with Mr. Computer, we will accept legible handwritten stories too. You can fax them to us and we’ll do the rest!
